Using Pazio material only, how would you build your best Swashbuckler of 10th level?

Rules:
1. No Alternate Class Features/Archetypes on the Swashbuckler specifically.
2. Required Ability Scores (you pick the order): 16, 15, 14, 12, 10, 8.
3. Must be Human.
4. Prestige classes/Multiclassing are allowed.
5. Starting Gold is equal to a 8th level character (33,000 gp).

What level is this being built to?
By no alternate class features, do you mean no archetypes as well?
How much money are you starting with?
Is multiclassing allowed?

please read the OP for some of those answers.

Do you have a weapon preference? A rapier's the classic, and can get Dex to damage through Fencing Grace.

However, a dagger or shortsword opens up Piranha Strike, which is Power Attack without that pesky Str requirement. As a bonus, you can apply your precise strike damage to thrown daggers.

Ability scores:
16 goes into Dex, then add your floating human bonus on top for an 18. Spend your 8th-level stat boost to go to 19.
15 goes into Cha, then spend your 4th-level stat boost to get a 16.
14 into Con, not dying is good.
12 into Str so carrying capacity is not hopeless.
10 into Wis to keep that Will save positive.
8 into Int, the human bonus skill point will make up for it.

Level 8 is about where Piranha Strike surpasses Fencing Grace in raw damage, so let's got that route. This is based somewhat on my own PFS Swashbuckler.

Is there any way for a human to turn into a tiny creature without too much multiclassing? 'Cause I know someone that plays a kitsune that turns into a tiny-sized fox, runs into people's squares and just unarmed strikes them. He multiclassed with Monk so his unarmed does piercing damage. It is frighteningly effective. I don't know if there's a way to do this as a human, but if there is, I'd go with that. Something to do with Beast Shape II, maybe?

Edit: Turns out there is a way: Racial Heritage (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/racial-feats/racial-heritage) and Fox Shape (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/fox-shape). I might go with that.
