With Master Yi forming the basis for the two Wuju practitioners in the League, Wukong was the natural next step. The Wuju Practitioner archetype referenced in the NPC build can be found here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?405436-League-of-Pathfinders-Master-Yi-(PEACH)&p=19003939). Wukong's abilities seemed best represented as a mix of the ki-spending feats started with Yi and a new innate ability for the vanara race to represent his passive. Therefore, I present for your consideration:

New Vanara Racial Trait
Stone Skin: Runeterran vanara's flesh hardens reactively with the proximity of their foes. For each enemy creature adjacent to you, you gain a +1 natural armor bonus to Armor Class up to a maximium of a +5 natural armor bonus. This racial trait replaces the nimble and low-light vision traits.

New Feats
Wuju Stick-Fighter Style [Combat, Style]
Prerequisites: Acrobatics 1 rank, Bluff 1 rank, ki pool class feature
Benefit: As long as you have 1 ki point in your ki pool, you may as a swift action extend your reach with a double weapon you are wielding by 5 feet for your next attack.

Wuju Decoy [Combat, Style]
Prerequisites: Whirlwind Attack, Bluff 3 ranks, ki pool class feature
Benefit: As an immediate action, you may spend 1 ki point to take a five foot step and become invisible as if under the effects of the invisibility spell. You remain invisible until the end of your next turn or until you break the invisibility by making an attack, whichever comes first. Additionally, you leave a magical duplicate in the space from which you stepped. The duplicate does nothing but stand perfectly still until the end of your next turn. Enemies that succeed a DC 10 Sense Motive check as a free action can determine the duplicate is a fake. At the end of you next turn, the duplicate takes a full-attack action to use the Whirlwind Attack feat against all enemies within reach. The duplicate makes these attacks as if it were you. After completing these attacks, the duplicate disappears.

Wuju Nimbus Strike [Combat, Style]
Prerequisites: Wuju Stick-Fighter Style, Acrobatics 3 ranks, ki pool class feature
Benefit: When you make an Acrobatics check to jump as part of your movement during a charge action, you may spend 1 ki point as a free action to attack additional targets. You may have as many targets in total as you have attacks when you take a full-attack action. Each target must be attacked with a double weapon you are wielding and must be within reach of a space you could have landed in with your Acrobatics check. If you are using Wuju Stick-Fighter Style or a similar effect which only affects your next attack, you choose which single attack all of those effects apply to.

Wuju Cyclone [Combat, Style]
Prerequisites: Spring Attack, Whirlwind Attack, Wuju Nimbus Strike, Wuju Stick-Fighter Style, Acrobatics 6 ranks, ki pool class feature
Benefit: You may spend 2 ki points to begin cycloning as a swift action. While cycloning, you may only move up to your speed as a full-round action on your turn. Any creature within reach of a double weapon you are wielding at any point of your movement must make a Reflex save (DC 10 + 1/2 your level + your Wisdom modifier) or be stunned for one round and take damage as if struck by the weapon within reach of the target was. The target still takes half damage on a successful save. Once a target has attempted a Reflex save against your current cyclone, it is immune to the stunning effect of that cyclone.
You must spend at least two turns performing this cyclone strike, but you may spend an additional ki point to cyclone for an additional round. You gain a 10 foot circumstance bonus for each round you spend cycloning after the first. This bonus stacks with itself. Once you finish your cyclone, you must wait a number of rounds equal to the number spent cycloning before doing so again.

TACTICS
Before Combat Wukong is single-minded in his desire to be the best, but he is still honorable. There is little proof of superiority in taking a foe unaware. He challenges foes to a contest of skill at arms before engaging if possible. If attacked or put into a situation where combat is an understood part of the proceedings, he skips this step of his process. Either way, Wukong quickly decides whether barkskin is worth spending ki on over relying on his stone skin racial trait.
During Combat Wukong excels at punishing multiple foes at once with all of his Wuju feats. Alongside his stone skin racial trait, he is a hardy, consistent threat against groups of enemies, making him an effective ally in group combat. Though his wandering lifestyle lends itself more to dueling than engaging such large groups of enemies, his obnoxious character ensures that this strength of him sees more than its fair share of use.
