Drinking - Rules, Classes and Builds

Basically I'm looking at ways to make a character that's all about drinking.
Where no matter what drinking is always going to be a "logical" response.

And I know some basics to this.
The Drunken Master PRC and Cityscape Drinking rules.

But is there anything else?
Something that directly matches or can be used to simulate a character who is constantly drinking?

Note: Both 3.5 and PF material are valid here (as well at 3.0 if there is no 3.5 update).

Immediate thought:
High constitution and Poison Healer (Hordes of the Abyss, page 87) are an absolute must.

Magic of eberron, there is a prestige classe that i'm not sure with the name, the master brewer or something. Anyway, is a master potion creator, i know that potion are not exactly perfect, but you can create a lot of potion and drink it! Also you can combine potion and alchemical stuff or poison, and you can create potion of every spell. A potion of magic missile become a granade, and you can mix poison in there too

Hell that one feat alone far outshines the Drunken Masters healing ability. :P

Having one "logical" response for everything is the hallmark of chaotic alignments. Probably should be a thrall to a demon lord of some sort.
