1. Riding the floating disk
a. no saddle is -5
b. Ill-suited mount is -5
c. Floating disk is not wobbily, indestructible, and flat

So is riding the floating disk 0, -5, or -10?

2. Is the floating disk controlled telepathically?

3. Does directing the floating disk require a move action or a free action?

4. Does the floating disk make noises for move silently check?

5. Does it count as its own monster? As in you can move it around while casting full round spells? And can it move twice in a round?

Link in my signature contains a handbook covering the matter as well as a link to a semi-recent thread discussing the relevant issues at lenght. Should answer any and all relevant questions.

Edit: Short answers though: 1. Not technically a mount, so no ride check. 2. The medium by which spell effects are directed is never defined to my knowledge, so DM-dependent. 3. Falls under "direct spell effect", so move action to change standing order. 4. Arguably moves silently. 5. As a spell effect, it is neither creature nor object. It behaves according to the last instructions it was given, regardless of initiative, no action required if it is meant to keep doing what it has been doing.
