how do i change my profile pic?

In the top right corner, click on "Settings". In the new page, click on the left hand side on "General Settings". Scroll all the way down to the bottom: you can either choose an avatar from the "Order of the Stick Avatar" drop down list, or reference a picture in the "Custom Avatar URL:" textbox below.
