This will be the setup: (food for tought) mostly towards Pathfinder rules.

There is a bard who has the catch-of-guard feat.
This feat in short let's you use an improvised weapon without the -4 (non-proficient) penalty (and attack at flat-footed AC).
Now what kind of musical instruments would you create to let this bard fight it's enemy's?

These are the rules:
This bard can only use musical instruments to fight with.
Think of an instrument.
Think of the damage dice (for a medium character to make it easy).
What would be the critical range and damage.
What type of damage would it deal (piercing, slashing, bludgeoning, or other types of damage).
what special properties would it have (fragile etc).

My thought:
Weapon: Gitar
Damage: 1d8
crit range: 20*2
Damage type: Bludgeoning
Special: Fragile

Good luck and have fun.
