All right, here's the deal. In this system, you choose what kind of aid you want to pray for (Smiting, Benediction, Malediction or Divination) and then roll anywhere from 1d6 to 10d6 depending on how good you are and how good a friend you are with the gods, and depending on the result, you get a different effect. I'm thinking of having them go up in 3s for the sake of my own sanity. So, you get something like...
Roll
Effect
0
Nothing Happens.
3
A single creature of your choice takes 2d6 damage.
6
9
Your next attack with a held weapon deals double damage. You can use an unarmed strike for this purpose but not a siege engine.

30
A single creature of your choice within 10 miles takes 10d6 damage from a lightning strike. An AG roll (Difficulty 18) halves the damage.

You gain an audience with a high-ranking divine servant, allowing you to ask them questions and request advice, so long as this is not used against the will of your deity.

So basically, come up with fun, not-too-strong effects for prayers. If you can also come up with random divine events to happen every season in the same format, that would be good, but not necessary as I have ideas for those.
If you have an idea, put down something like "Smiting 3: A single creature of your choice takes 2d6 damage." - don't worry too much if you don't have a good idea for which table it should go on.
Thanks to anyone who does help.
