I've read phb & i found nothing to indicate that when a wizard picks an arcane tradition at level2, is prohibited from another school.
Maybe i'm still deep into my 3,5 rules.. so..
When a lvl2 wizard picks, lets say conjuration, is he allowed to cast spells from ANY school???

Yes. 5e wizards do not bar schools.

Yep, they just get some sort of bonus depending on their school choice, such as all of that schools spells are written for half price.

Exactly! Arcane Tradition now give you different bonus for specialisation. No more limitation/ban on spell you can cast.
If you'd like to bring the old school opposition thing, I don't think it will unbalance the game.

You gain advantages by specializing; you lose nothing. Except, of course, the opportunity cost of the other specializations  'Tis a lovely problem to have.

Think of arcane traditions as more of a wizard subclass, rather than what they were in 3.5.

It would be pretty dumb to be able to cast spells from every school at level one and then suddenly lose access to some spells you've already been casting at level two.

Note also that specializing is not optional (at least, if you take more than one level in the class). There's no such thing as being a generalist wizard, so you can't say that specializing is straight-up better.
