What I am looking for is a list of undead that have creation methods for PC's, or, how they are normally created. Example for the latter: Allips are created when a person is driven to suicide by madness. My reason is, I want to make a dungeon that is a sort of necromancer's lab, where he tries to recreate the situations that cause undead to form / happen, as well as creating some of the nasty ones available via animate / created undead. I know some are listed in other monster manuals and other supplements, and I'm hoping someone made a list. Any ideas or leads playground?
