Undead Mastery -Heroes of Horror pg. 87

Both give +2HP/HD of undead created. Do the bonus HP for both abilities stack?

I believe the bonuses are untyped, so yes they should.

Yes, untyped bonuses from different sources stack.

Furthermore, you could take a Wizard level with Enhanced Undead (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/specialistWizardVariants.htm#necromancerVariants) adds another +2 hp/HD, and Fell Energy Spell makes Desecrate give +1 instead of +3, and the presence of an evil altar doubles that to another +6 hp/HD. So your undead could have a total 1d12+12 hp per HD from a 9th level creator.
