After seeing that CTP's Guide to the Bloodrager (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?377753-CTP-s-Guide-to-the-Bloodrager) didn't mention some options, I thought I'd make a topic for it. I recently picked up Blood of the Night (I do so love the Blood of X books), and was looking it over. I specifically noticed the Moroi-born/Svetocher, who have +Str/+Cha/-Con for racial modifiers, exchanging Detect Undead for Obscuring Mist, and taking a -1 penalty vs positive energy effects rather than light sensitivity. Their stat array seems particularly suited towards bloodragers, with the exception of the con penalty. And, while there are (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/life-dominant-soul) many ways (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/r/repair-undead) to subvert (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/a-b/amulet-of-channeled-life) the Dhampir's negative energy affinity, I was looking at the Spelleater. Losing the DR is annoying and uncanny dodge hurts, but a for-certain (if low-powered) way of getting typeless healing I think would compensate for this.

Any thoughts?

No race is outright broken for any role except Kobolds and Duergar, I think.

-CON sucks but +STR/+CHA make up for it quite a lot. You have a good hit dice, get extra HP and CON from Rage and Fort is a good save for you, so you are all set.

You don't need to compensate for negative energy affinity. Just plan accordingly with the rest of your party!

Remember that you can retrain your class hit dice to full maximum hit points.

Thus, a level 5 Bloodrager Dhampir would have (assuming 14 bought Con) 55 HP, while a level 5 Bloodrager without a Con Penalty would have (assuming 14 bought Con) only 60 HP.
That's only 8% more HP. A relatively minor penalty for those big Hit Dice classes.
