This is Sir Francois in that one clip with the screen, from On the Origin of PCs isn't it? now being rid of Elan, he seems to be adventuring on his own in some forest. Wonder if they'll meet him, or if it's just a throwaway reference to otOoPCs.

I only recently read On the Origin of PCs myself, and comparing the two pics side by side I agree, that's Francois all right. But I don't really think it's a sign of major plot points to come; it's probably just there as an Easter egg for devoted readers.
