Help with Riven from League of Legends in D&D!

You guys/gals probably get league characters requested a lot. I know there were character conversions for 4E but I can't find any for 3.5

I want to make riven the exile from the game as a 3.5 characters but for one am not proficient with warrior and martial character building. (I tend toward casters more often)

Is there a way to do this? I would really like to see this happen! : D

All I really want are 1-20 level builds and maybe some feat ideas.

Basically yes. Her sword is broken but can reassemble and do a thing called wind slash which deals more damage the more damage the opponent has taken (a KO move basically) after which it breaks again. Highly mobile, Lightly armored.

A more martial than magic Swiftblade using Swordsage or Warblade as the martial base?

Well, as low-effort of a response this is, my initial suggestion is swordsage 20 (or throw in fighter 2 or some other dips if wanted). A swordsage base makes a character a pretty strong striker, lightly armored, highly mobile, with some AoE and CC effects.

You have me there... but it has to be somewhat balanced for D&D or else she would just get like 8 actions per turn.

@bekeleven I would go with swordsage but it lacks full bab is a warblade or fighter dip a bad idea?
