Dread 3, Aura of Terror. Removes immunity and gives a huge penalty versus fear.
Black Seraph School: Involves some scariness.
Harbinger: Maybe it's not scary enough?
Shatter Defense: Make scary and attack it.
I want to make what I called a scary mother****er in 3.5. It was a crusader that could blink and the room would panic. I want to do this with Path of War, but I don't want to go to far into Dread, because harbinger gets to claim people.
As for flavor, I want to move away from the big dude with a scary face to an evil yandere cutie that exudes creepy.
