All of this is good. It'd be nice if the class itself granted you Proficiency with Survival to be used with Ward, but I guess it's fine by itself.

You misspelled opportunity twice.

It'd be cool if Guardian II gave you like advantage on checks made to Shove with your opportunity attack. Like, I get how it's supposed to interact with Guardian I, but having an improved ability to just shield bash someone away from your ally seems very Protector to me.

Can you Shove as an opportunity attack? If so, I might add it in, but I was under the impression it had to be an attack.

I don't remember, you should look it up in the PHB. If not, then it should definitely be granted as an option in this class instead of the ASI.

Nevermind. Not allowed, and I'm not adding it in as a special class feature. Disadvantage is fine as is.
