This theme week is Video Game Week! This means your avatar can be anything from any video game. From a reference to Mario to an avatar from Crypt of the Necrodancer, you can make your avatar from an obscure game or a popular one. Make an avatar or find one, and remember to have fun.

Add something form another video game to it? Make it a cool cross-over avatar?

I'm still deciding what to do. It might be a reskin from Crypt of the Necrodancer that I made. Though that is a less popular game. I'll probably do something more recognizable.

I made mine small fiery mario (accessible via a glitch in SMB1). I didn't realise that the title said "April 21-28" so I set mine a week early. Oh well. I'll just change it afterwards.

My solution wound up being to take it out of OotS style and try to sprite it. It turned out somewhat decent I think. It'll do (even if furrets face wound up somewhat weird shaped).

Yeah. I did it. Obviously it's not 100% accurate to the games, but I was only going for the look. :smallsmile:

I finally got an idea.

Hopefully, I remember it midway through next week so I can make it and switch before the end of the week. That way, I won't have to overuse my sister's mask. It'll be based off a game that I've never played before but that I want to play, so that might help me remember it.

The avatar box will crop anything larger than 120x120, so make it that size to use all the space you can. You can make it smaller than that if you want.

because getting six pokemon and a human to fit into 120x120 was something I wanted to do just to prove I could- and I succeeded. this picture actually forms a perfect square, and the big version of 500x500! thats just how it turned out when I was finished with it, and I couldn't be happier.

I have my new one for this week made already, mostly; I'm just trying to decide if it needs any final touches or if I should just scrap it and toss it away.

So it turns out that I didn't need to make a decision! My computer died, effectively deleting the avatar I made, so I didn't need to decide whether to fix it up or toss it out. It was fun making it, however.
