I was looking at epic feats for a campaign I'm playing. I was looking at the Beast Wild Shape feat, I was wondering if it was updated somewhere?
Since the beast type was removed in 3.5..

You're right! That feat no longer has any use.

I think they just renamed it Magical Beast Wild Shape, as i believe they just took the old creatures with the beast type and shifted them to animals and magical beasts.

No, it's not a renaming, because both Beast Wild Shape and Magical Beast Wild Shape exist in the Epic Level Handbook. From the FREE D&D® V.3.5 ACCESSORY UPDATE Epic Level Handbook, page 7:
A single epic feat, Beast Wild Shape, has been eliminated from the game, since the beast type no longer exists. Beast Wild Shape is no longer a prerequisite for the any feat ...
