How can I get reach on a two handed weapon that doesn't normally have reach?

If you mean making the weapon a reach weapon, you can't. It is what it is. However, you can increase your natural reach through various feats, or simply by increasing your size.

A feat chain I'm fond of for reach-optimization is Aberration Blood -> Inhuman Reach -> Deepspawn -> Extended Reach. Slap this on a PsyWar, and you'll have a 25ft reach when under an Augmented Expansion even with non-reach weapons.

If you only care about the reach on your own turn, you can use the 5th level Iron Heart stance Dancing Blade Form for an extra 5ft of reach.
