Basically what classes do you find Gestalt well with an Inquisitor?

Basically anything wisdom based-rangers, gunslingers, clerics, and druids.

Zen Archer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk/archetypes/paizo---monk-archetypes/zen-archer) Monk (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk) is a thing. Shores up the Inquisitor's lacking save (Reflex), gives flurry of blows with your ranged weapon (assuming you're going Ranged Inquisitor), a bunch of ranged bonus feats, Wis to ranged attacks, ki point archery skills, and AoOs with a ranged weapon.

In short, if you're going to play up the Sniper Inquisitor, the Zen Archer is a heck of a complement.

And if you're not going ranged Inquisitor, ignore everything I just said.

Ranger is my personal favorite combination, with Monk a close second.

Rogue's not bad. Gives you your last save, numerous neat tricks you can pull, and the versatility to get out of most situations you don't want to be in.
