You mean your avatar? In the user CP Options you have the menu of avatars. A bit under that you have "Use custom avatar" box. Check it and give the new one's URL

Well, hopefully this character doesn't become a regular anytime soon.

Imageshack will give you a URL that you put in for the image URL after you upload it. Make sure to get the direct URL to the image, or else it won't appear.
