Hey, guys. I'd just like to fly this thing by you guys(the community at large), see what you think about it. I'm vaguely concerned that it might be overpowered, but you all know the rules and such better than I do, what works for a PrC, what doesn't, etc.
The basic concept for this class is the archetypal sniper who scurries around in the background, lets off a single devastating shot, and then vanishes again. Works great in conjunction with the Shadow Striker feat from PBHII.
