EDIT: Closed for now while I do these! ^__^

Hey guys! Kinda in an art funk this week so I'm doing a few sketch requests for fun. c: RP characters would be best, fantasy or otherwise, please just post a SHORT description or a reference! Personality/character info too would be great but pleeeeeease don't post a novel about your character since I probably won't read it, a few lines is usually best!

Not sure how many I'll do, likely 3 or 4. It's not necessarily first-come-first serve, if I get a bunch of requests then I'll just choose the ones that sound coolest to me. Also, if I screw anything up, I'm not going back and doing changes; this is more for my own entertainment so I'd rather not hassle about with things like that!

My art's over on my Tumblr, sketchrobin.tumblr.com (http://sketchrobin.tumblr.com/). ^-^ Post away!

Your art is cool! You have a nice flowing, dynamic style.

Hmm... I'd be interested to see your take of Béla.

Elf
Five foot four
Wizard, possibly casting shocking grasp or making a little animal figure out of fire
Alternatively summoning a hut - this would be hilarious [been joking about how dungeon crawling wizard has tiny hut prepared instead of any spells that are actually useful]
Grey hair, to around shoulder length
Either in robes or slightly ragged traveling clothes, perhaps something with leather
Purple eyes

How about this one:
A bat-winged female human with a longbow and blue-dragon-scale armor? Fair skin, shoulder-length light-brown hair, and a wry grin. Her warhorse (yes, she doesn't always fly) also gets blue-dragon-scale barding.

A prussian general who has a bloated, toadlike, ugly appearance. Is deeply insecure about this and focuses on maintaining an impressive uniform to compensate. Has a ceremonial black metal spear.

I just joined the Playground to play in a play-by-post with a friend who invited me. I was wondering if there might be someone who could sketch me something to post in my signature (or avatar) that might resemble my character.

We're starting low-level. His name is Ryan Eldercrest. He's a true-neutral half-elf Ranger for 3.5e gameplay, but he really favors swordplay over animal loving stuff or even ranger spells, so he's opted for the non-spellcasting class variant.

He's not neutral in the sense of maintaining neutrality as a cause. He's really more like "unaligned" because he has experienced so little of the world outside of nature. Hunting and killing things is just what he understands the world to be for all creatures. Maybe one day he will be confronted with something that will compel him to take a stand.

Azazel is the spawn of some (as of yet) unknown and powerful demon lord and his high ranking half-angel paladin mother (obviously the act was not consensual). Years later the fiend learned of his son and chose to finish off my character's mother and baby Azazel; however, she saw this coming and sent him off to live in a small town under the watchful eye of a priest. When the priest died his protection from the people vanished and they chained him to rock so he could watch his sweetheart burn for associating with him. He broke free and has been ever changed working through vigilante justice.

Appearance: aside from silver eyes, a set of curled bone-white ram's horns, pointed teeth, and a prehensile bladed tail he appears human. He wears black leather armor and a black and white cloak embroidered with runes and a quiver and bow over his shoulder. He has a cutlass but tends to lean towards the dual chains he still holds from his childhood. He has snow-white hair and an eye-patch over his left eye. Despite his past he remains relatively carefree and enjoys things as they come and plans on the go.

A Lord of Waterdeep, I can't find a description anywhere, but essentially their identity is hidden behind a mask. I'd imagine they would have the symbol of Waterdeep on them, and that their gender would be hidden as well.

Ok, closing this thread while I draw a bunch of these! I'll likely post some sketches at the weekend. ^-^

Cuthalion - what gender is your wizard? :) Sounded female from the name but you didn't actually say and I didn't want to assume!

Rafet - Sorry dude, not doing this one, a genderless descriptionless character with a hidden identity does not give me much to go on. xD

Very snazzy, thank you. Would you mind if I coloured it myself?

Very nice stuff. I'd like to see some characters of mine in this style. A shame I missed it.
