The Example Wyvern in the MM appears to get its full strength bonus on all of its secondary natural attacks ,except its talons, instead of only 1/2. Is this intended or a miss print? I see nothing about it in the Errata.

It's a mistake on the editor's part, most likely. They don't have an ability to boost damage to full strength, and they don't have a bunch of primary natural attacks (otherwise the ones with full strength would be +10 to hit). They should be dealing +2 instead of +4 on all but their sting attack.

It's a very weird example, because its the only monster I can find right now with more than one primary natural attack. That's not supposed to happen, by the way, so there's no real rules on what happens when you full attack with multiple primary attacks.

There are lots, e.g. Dire Bear (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/direBear.htm) and Dire Lion (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/direLion.htm)

Two of one type of attack such as claws is not what he means. He means Claws and Bite or Talons and Wing Slaps etc.

There is the Horned Beast, but it specifically calls it out as a special ability (Superior Natural Weapon Fighting).

There might be other examples of this, I just can't find any currently. It's definitely not how it's supposed to work.
