Yu-Gi-Oh Challenge

I've been searching and searching, but I can't seem to locate this feat I've been looking for: the feat is in the back of some 3.5 book, and basically lets you use Diplomacy to convince a hostile target to engage you in a duel of cards instead of a duel of violence. Anybody got a source?

I have seen it with my own two eyes before, and if I'm lucky, I'll see it again before the day is done. The closest I've got to a lead is that it's come up in a Diplomancy thread before, but there's not exactly a shortage on Diplomancy threads out there.
