[3.P] How do you handle multiple favored class and Gestalt?

So how do you handle having multiple favored classes and gestalt game were you have both?

I plan on running a Gestalt pathfinder game and I just want to see how others handle it.

I've never done it myself, but I would always stick to the standard favored class rules. One favored class benefit per level.

I ignore them entirely, even when not playing gestalt. The 3.5 rules are terrible, the basic PF ones (ie, +1 HP or +1 SP) are boring and lame, and the more advanced PF ones are basically useless to me since I use way too many homebrew races/classes, and I prefer race to be a minimal choice in the build anyway.

Play half-elf. Get both as favored classes. get +2 hp/+2 sp/+1 hp+sp/other class bonuses.
