Permanency plus an item of continuous AMF. The anti magic field will stop disintegrate from being able to hit the wall, and the wall itself isn't affected by an AMF, so it stays fine and dandy where it is

won't AMF suppress the Permanency spell allowing the wall of force duration to expire normally?

another way to get a wall of force with no duration is the material riventine from its wet outside though this would be expensive.
