MYSTERIOUS BLOODLINE
Your family has long delved into the art of shadow magic. While many of your relatives are shadowcasters, your powers developed without need of studying the fundamentals.

Class Skill: Knowledge (Planes).
Bonus Spells: Instead of acquiring a standard list of spells, a sorcerer of the mysterious bloodline acquires mysteries of the appropriate level. A sorcerer of the mysterious bloodline must select an apprentice path to follow at 3rd level, an initiate path at 9th level, and a master path at 15th level.
Bonus Feats: Empower Mystery, Enlarge Mystery, Extend Mystery, Line of Shadow, Maximize Mystery, Quicken Mystery, Reach Mystery, Skill Focus (Knowledge [Planes]), Still Mystery
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell of the [darkness] descriptor, the shadow subschool, or a mystery, you treat them as mysteries instead of spells. This does not change the casting time of the spell, and you must still provide any expensive material components or XP cost. If you acquire the favored mystery feat and apply it to a spell or mystery that would be cast as a supernatural ability, you gain an additional spell slot of its level in which you may only cast that spell.
Bloodline Powers:
-Arrow of Dusk (Su): At 1st level, you can make a ranged touch attack as a standard action that inflicts 2d4 points of nonlethal damage + 1 for every sorcerer level you possess. In addition, if you score a critical hit, this damage is tripled. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.
-Metashadow Adept (Ex): At 3rd level, you can apply any metashadow feat you know to any spell you are about to cast without expending a daily use of the metashadow feat. If you choose to apply the metashadow feat to a spell not normally applicable, it gains the darkness descriptor and is cast as a mystery. You can use this ability once per day at 3rd level and one additional time per day for every four sorcerer levels you possess beyond 3rd, up to five times per day at 19th level. At 20th level, this ability is replaced by umbral apotheosis.
-Delve into Shadow (Ex): At 9th level, you may add one mystery to your list of spells known. This mystery must be of a level you are capable of casting, but it does not need to be one you have knowledge of previous ones on its path. You may use this to learn a mystery you already possess knowledge of, gaining a bonus spell slot of the mystery's level in which you may only cast that mystery. You can also add one additional mystery at 13th level and 17th level.
-Cast into Shadow (Ex): At 15th level, pick one school of magic. The DC for any spell you cast from that school increases by +1 in areas of dim light, +2 in areas of darkness, and +3 in areas of supernatural darkness. This bonus stacks with any bonuses provided by feats. In addition, spells cast of this school are now cast as mysteries.
-Umbral Apotheosis (Ex): At 20th level, your body surges with shadow magic. Any spell you cast from this point forwards is treated as a mystery of the same level. In addition, you may add any one metashadow feat you possess without expending a daily use, and apply a second metashadow feat to the same casting though in doing so you expend a daily use of the feat. Whenever you use magic items that require charges, you can instead expend spell slots to power the item. For every three levels of spell slots that you expend, you consume one less charge when using a magic item that expends charges. If the charges are expended to cast a spell, utilizing this casts the spell as a mystery instead of an arcane or divine spell.

If you are using this bloodline, odds are you have access to the rules governing them. If not, then to paraphrase:

Mysteries are cast as arcane spells. If you know mysteries of the next path level up they become cast as spell-like abilities. If you know mysteries of two path levels up they become cast as supernatural abilities. Paths are three levels long, being 1-3 for apprentice, 4-6 for initiate, and 7-9 for master. Learning mysteries follows along these paths. Mysteries cast that possess somatic components, essentially any not made a still mystery or made (Sp) or (Su), allow an observer a DC 15 Perception check to notice the caster's shadow is making different gestures from them. Mysteries can be learned more than once, granting an additional set of uses for them. Attempts to identify mysteries take a -4 penalty for those who do not cast mysteries. Attempts to dispel or counter a mystery using spells similarly take a -4 penalty, though this penalty also goes the other way. Mysteries can be dismissed at will by their user provided their duration is longer than instantaneous. Mysteries can function in any light level, even if it describes the user manipulating his or his subject's shadow. Mysteries are cast as a standard action, only possess somatic components, and lack material components.

This looks pretty neat. First glance looks pretty balanced. But I'll let keener eyes look too. Good job.
