COLLEGE OF MUSIC
Bards of the College of Music know a lot about entertaining, but they also possess a knowledge of forgotten songs that even other Bards can’t remember. These special songs give them a leg up when it comes to adventuring form place to place. These bards use music to devastating degree and can play a tune for pretty much an occasion.

BONUS PROFICIENCIES
When you join the College of Music at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill, if you already have that skill, you may pick another skill of your choice. In addition, you receive profiency with two instruments of your choice.

SONG OF HANGING ON
Also at 3rd level, you can perform an upbeat tune that give off an aura of life and compels others to hold on. As an action during combat, you can use one of your Bardic Inspiration die to perform this song. Each round you sing (up to 5 minutes), gives all allies at 0 hit points advantage on death saving throws.

TUNE OF TERRIBLE NOISE
At 6th level, you can perform a song so loud and annoying that it is hard to concentrate. You can use one of your Bardic Inspirations as an action and force all characters within 30-ft that are attempting to cast a spell must make a Wisdom saving throw, or be unable to conjure the concentration required to cast it. If a spell requiring concentration is in effect when you play this song, that caster must make a Wisdom saving throw or lose concentration on the spell. You can keep up a Tune of Terrible Noise for 1 minute.

SONG OF SIGHT
At 14th level, you can spend a Bardic Inspiration point as an action to play Song of Sight. Whenever you are playing this song, you and all allies within 30-ft of you are affected as if by the true seeing spell. This effect lasts for a long as you can perform (up to 5 minutes).

This looks fine. Why not make Song of Hanging just automatically stabilize allies, making it better than Spare the Dying?

I thought that might be a bit too strong at 3rd level. I did consider it.
