SCOUT
The scout is the essence of attention to detail. They have excellent vision and often see things that others cannot see. Scout are a mainstay in any army for they can see and track others before they can ambush you.

EYES OF AN EAGLE
At 3rd level, if you do not already have Perception as a skill, you gain a skill proficiency in it. In addition, you can use your double your proficiency bonus when using Perception. If you already applied Expertise to Perception (from the Rogue or Bard class), then you may use triple proficiency bonus on Perception checks.

QUICKENED STRIDE
At 7th level, your base speed increases by 10-ft. Every 4 levels thereafter, your speed increases by an additional 5-ft.

SKIRMISH
Also at 11th level, whenever you finish a Dash action, you can make a ranged attack as a bonus action. In addition, if you hit with the attack, you deal +5 damage.

BLINDSENSE
Starting at 15th level, if you are able to hear, you are aware of the location of any hidden or invisible creature within 10 feet of you.

Looks good. It's simple, seems balanced, trading damage for speed.

I think with the movement it could get super annoying, but basically was just trying to give a Rogue flavor to the Ranger class. Thanks for the feedback.
