Doomstrike weapons

If i am understanding this right, it allows you to cleave and if successful, then strike the wielding of the weapon right? Is that a separate attack action or is there no role just damage?

If you have improved sunder feat, then after you sunder a weapon this +1 enhancement lets you cleave into the sundered weapon's wielder.

Edit: It works just like cleave, but applies only after sundering a weapon.

ok I realize my wording sucks lol...I was meaning to ask does it use the same attack roll or not but since it works as cleave nvm
