How broken is this? What kinds of things could an unscrupulous ner-do-well bring to a game with this?

If you use it as-written, at least. However, trying to fix it might actually make things worse, as "the feat is designed specifically to cause DMs to open their own skulls with a spoon" (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=6299156&postcount=8).

By the way, it's great for interior designers.
