New to polymorph

Ok so if i have sneak attack and polymorph, do i lose the ability to sneak attack in the new form?

Well, let's go down the list. Polymorph (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/polymorph.htm) is derived from Alter Self (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/alterSelf.htm). Alter Self contains the following language: "You keep all extraordinary special attacks and qualities derived from class levels, but you lose any from your normal form that are not derived from class levels."

Sneak Attack is an attack or quality derived from class levels. You keep it while under Alter Self, and by extension while under Polymorph.

Note that you would lose any sneak attack not derived from class levels, say if your base race was a Babau or similar.
