Cloak of Disguise?

I remember reading through the Magic Item Compendium and there was some type of cloak that would change its look. It had 5 types of changes it could make. For example it could look like a Jesters suit one minute then it would change to a nobles suit. The cost was around 500 gold. So does anyone know what Im talking about? or is there a similar cheap item like this?

Vestment of Many Styles, it's not in MIC though it's in Races of Eberron.

I'm pretty sure the one he's speaking of was actually the Shiftweave from MIC, though Vestment of Many Styles if more preferable personally.
