Monofocal or Polyfocal Races

I have an odd question. Are there any playables (monster) races with only one eye?

If not, are there any that have more than two?
This of course excluding obvious ones like Cyclops or Dvati.

well, it may fall under what you consider obvious, and not technically a monster race... but you have the Cyclopeans in Dragon Magazine 323 on page 92

two subraces of cyclops can be found there, each with an LA of +0

Dromites have compound eyes, so do thri-kreen. Apparently psionics are for insects.

Any orc or half-orc who takes the Eye of Gruumsh PrC (CWar) has to ritually put out one of their eyes, but they suffer no vision penalties for doing so.
