Consecrated ice storm

Ice storm does half physical damage, half cold damage. If consecrate spell is applied to a damage dealing spell, it gets the [good] descriptor and half the damage becomes divine. So how does this work for ice storm? Is the damage split into 3 even portions of physical, cold, and divine? Is it half divine, quarter each physical & cold? Is it something else I'm not thinking of?

I'd split both of the damage types in half ie half blunt/Divinet half cold/Divine

it's worth noting that ice storm is not actually half/half bludgeoning/cold, it's a flat 3d6 bludgeoning and 2d6 cold, each of those would be rolled and split to be 50/50 divine/normal.
