Third party sources for grafts, symbiotes, etc.

Just what the title says, I'm wondering if there's any good third party resources out there for grafts, symbiotes, prosthetic or cybernetics. I'm really just looking for anything that covers any sort of body modding. I'm looking for stuff with more of an organic/biological feel to it, but anything you guys can point me towards is welcome. If you want to look at other d20 rather than 3rdp, then I'm betting some of the future-tech books would have augments or things that you could re-fluff as organic/magical. You're the GM, correct?

I'm not the GM, this is more for my own personal curiosity. I've already looked at just about all the d20 modern/future material, but thank you for reminding me it exists, and thank you ShurikVch for that surprisingly large list of material.
