Pierce The Veil gives the Oracle darkvision to 60 ft. At 11th level it says you can see normally in absolutely darkness including magical darkness from the Deep Darkness spell. Is this latter vision also limited to 60 ft as per darkvision or is the word "normally" to mean line of sight as in regular light.

I would think its as per the See in Darkness ability, so just normal vision. No limit like Darkvision.

Since this line doesn't reference the previous line by saying "extends" or "improves" the previous vision type, I assume it's to be interpreted separately.
"you can see perfectly in darkness of any kind, even in absolute darkness or the darkness created by a deeper darkness spell."

Darkness is no longer a thing you need to worry about at 11th level. You can finally see the inside of your eyelids.
