What is the best way to make a playable Space Marine from Warhammer 40K? The Bolter could be replicated (very expensively) with a Rod of Many Wands Twin Spell Eschew Materials Launch Bolt, which would cost a metric ton of gold but would net a crossbow bolt a second for nothing but money.

If Pathfinder is allowed, psionics are your friend. They usually are when trying to replicate specific character types from outside of standard dragons-and-wizards fantasy. The Soulbolt (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/soulknife/archetypes/dreamscarred-press/soulbolt) is a Soulknife (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/soulknife) archetype that creates a psionic ranged weapon. The Aegis (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/aegis) is a class that creates a psionically powered suit of ectoplasmic armor. The two can be combined in the Metaforge (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-prestige-classes/metaforge) prestige class, which progresses both.

The soulbolt/aegis/metaforge build is usually described as "literally Mega-Man", but it could totally work for a spehs mareen too. You get a gun that never runs out of ammo and deals lots of damage, and a suit of armor that you never have to take off, which grants an AC bonus plus DR, a variety of movement modes, and other bonuses depending on how you customize it.

The general build is Soulknife 3/Aegis 3/Metaforge 10/Soulknife +4, taking the Student of the Astral Suit feat (it's Practiced Spellcaster for the Aegis; I know it exists but can't find it on the SRD) at 5th level. Everything else is up to you.
