so I have a duel of NpCs that i need to know if there combat tactic would work

the first Npc is a strong hero level 8 who uses a katana and relies on whirlwind attack
his partner. is a sniper who has the opportunist talent
what i want to know is can i use combat reflexes to attack multiple foes who are stuck by the whirlwind attack?

The fast heros Opportunist power specifically says it can only be used once per round, even if you have Combat Reflexes.

Attacks of Opportunity are melee attacks only unless you have an ability that changes that.

I concur with jeraa. You spend your action point, and get a single attack of opportunity.

Also, attacks of opportunity are specifically always melee attacks.

All in all, itis probably the worst use of an action pointthere is.
