Path of War expansion

I see that paizo has the path of war expansion out for the harbringer for x amount. Is the other one that cost more that is listed as "subscription" mean that the rest is already out, or that as they come out you will receive copies?

As they come out, you will recieve free copies of the pdfs.

Coming out very soon, assuming we've got the artwork in, Mystic will be next in the pipe. Otherwise, it'll be Zealot.
