cleave/great cleave question d20

I have a quick question.
lets say I drop a foe due to massive damage from an attack of oppertunity and theres three other foes can i activate cleave and attack again?

You can use Cleave with any melee attack that drops a foe. That includes attacks of opportunity.

While the FAQ was specifically for 3.5 D&D, nothing in the relevant parts of the rules changed between d20 Modern and 3.5, so the FAQ should still stand:


If an attack of opportunity drops a foe, can the attacker then make a follow-up Cleave attack?

Yes. The Cleave feat doesn’t say anything about the attack that triggers it having to be made on the attacker’s turn.
