Is there any way under pathfinder, or even something from someplace else that can be used, to essentially have your speed in some way modify your damage?

It doesn't really matter how fast you're going, but there are abilities that let you do extra damage if you're moving when you do them. The Scout (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/rogue/archetypes/paizo---rogue-archetypes/scout) archetype for the rogue is one. Lances doing double damage on a charge is another. But there's no extra damage bonus for moving 40, 80, or 120 ft.

The only one i can think of is the Paladin only spell Saddle Surge

There may be more, though

I don't know in PF, but it can kind of be done in 3.5.

Speed can be indirectly converted to damage using Tome of Battle's Setting Sun school's ninth level maneuver Tornado Throw. Move double your speed, after every 10ft you move you can attempt a trip attempt on an enemy in melee, if you succeed you throw them 10ft +5ft per 5 you beat their check by and they take 1d6 damage per 5ft thrown, and it explicitly says it can be used against the same enemy multiple times during one use. So you move, throw them for damage, move where they landed, throw them for damage, etc, until you run out of movement speed.

Assuming an extremely target rich environment, it can be done using the Paimon vestige (Tome of Magic, Vestige section in the Binder Chapter) granted power Dance of Death which lets you move your speed and make a single attack against any enemy you move past, provoking AoOs as normal.

Dance of the Hundred/Thousand Blades works too.

3.5 had the swift blade prestige class - basically turns you into the flash or quicksilver. There is a little speed to damage worked into the class but also a lot of other goodies - is not super powerful - but it is extremely flavorful

Is it really all that flavorful? The PrC doesn't have any fluff beyond "fast guy what goes fast and does magic and hits people". I actually think it's a terribly boring class idea. Even IotSV (abjurations, but with rainbows now) is more interesting than that.

Tome of Battle (though not Pathfinder) has Tornado Throw letting you throw people a distance based on your speed, dealing damage based on that.

This spell....combined with a cheetahs sprint ability should provide +100 damage/+100 hit?

It caps out at caster level. Still, I'm sure you could make it worthwhile

It's limited to your caster level (and doesn't provide hit bonuses), so has a maximum of +17 damage (and +17 ride) unless you get the spell on a different caster, then you can get +20. (Still a nice moral bonus, don't know any-other morals that go that high.)

You and your mount form a perfect synergy that endows both of you with advantages based upon how far you travel each round. For every 5 feet your mount moves in a given round, you gain a +1 competence bonus on Ride checks and both you and your mount gain a +1 morale bonus on damage rolls made with weapons or natural attacks for 1 round. For instance, if your mount traveled 40 feet in a round, you would gain a +8 bonus on Ride checks and you and your mount would both gain a +8 bonus on damage rolls for 1 round, to a maximum bonus equal to your caster level. You must be mounted to enjoy the benefits of this spell. If you dismount, get knocked off, or take any other action that separates you from your mount, the spell immediately ends.

I do agree the placement of the line is weird, at the end of an example...

Edit: (un)rogued >_<

Roof-Jumper (Cityscape) gives you +1d6 damage for every 10' you fall when you drop on an opponent from above. See Thumpelina (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=18984751&postcount=25) or this Swanmay build (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=18076139) for a couple examples.
