I was inspired to make a fun barbarian archetype based on drinking. Let me know what you think!

Primal Path: Drunk Rampager

Description
Barbarians typically have their rage fueled by connections with spirits or their own bloodthirst. Others have the power of their rage fueled by drinking alcohol. Those who follow this path are able to use the alcohol they drink to their advantage in combat.

Drunk Rage
Beginning at 3rd level, you can instead enter a drunken rage by using your bonus action to chug a large amount of alcohol. You have all the normal benefits of rage; the drunk rage ability you have depends on the alcohol you choose to drink. Refer to the “Alcoholic Preferences” section to learn more.

You may choose to continue drinking with your bonus action for the purposes of sustaining your rage. You have disadvantage on perception and persuasion checks while in a drunken rage. If you attempt to dash, make a dexterity saving throw. If the result is 10 or lower, you fal prone during your dash. The DM has discretion on how far you make it before falling prone.

Alcoholic Preferences
You have ingested enough alcohol during your lifetime that you recognize the unique qualities of each type of alcohol and how to harness the changes in your body to help you fight. Depending on what you choose to drink, your rage has different effects. You may use your bonus action to take a swig of a different type of alcohol to change what ability you have active.
Beer: Beer is all about drinking it in mass. This is reflected in your rage. When you use the attack action, you may make an additional attack using your bonus action.
Vodka, Gin, Tequila, clear liquors: You can go shot for shot with the best of them. If a creature within 5 feet of you attempts to make an attack against you, you may use your reaction to make an attack against that enemy.
Whiskey, Rum, non-clear liquors: Whiskeys and other powerful liquors similar to it increase your fortitude, readying you for any attack. You gain temporary HP equal to your Constitution modifier every turn for the next minute or until your rage ends. You cannot have temporary HP higher than your barbarian level or Constitution modifier (whichever one is higher).
Wine, champagne, hard ciders: You feel superior to others since you are imbibing such classy drinks. You knock others over to continue your drunken feeling of superiority. You can use your bonus action to knock an enemy Large or smaller prone when you hit it with a melee attack.

Hangover
You gain one level of rage-induced exhaustion at the end of your drunken rage as you have a hangover. This type of exhaustion is eliminated after a short or long rest.

Alcoholic: If you are still raging after one minute, you may choose to sneak another swig of alcohol to continue your drunken rage (without wasting another rage) though it is exhausting so you still gain one level of rage-induced exhaustion.

Scavenger
At 6th level, you are able to find alcohol in the strangest places. You always manage to find a source of alcohol when you need it, defying all odds. You may not be a great haggler in most situations but when it comes to purchasing alcohol, you have expertise is haggling down drink prices to half their normal cost.

You are immune to poison as your body has learned to cope with being flooded with poisons and only accepts one kind of poison - alcohol.

Brawler
At 10th level, you are now ready to fight drunk in any situation. You are proficient with improvised weapons and your unarmed strikes deal d4 bludgeoning damage. While raging, your unarmed attacks deal d8 bludgeoning damage.

Cocktails and Master Chugger
Your body has learned to take advantage of multiple liquor types and to imbibe alcohol even faster. You are able to benefit from the effects of two alcohol types at once while drunk raging. You are able to drink two types of alcohols with one bonus action. Alternatively, you may have made a cocktail before battle and instead drink that with your bonus action to gain the two bonuses. If you choose to drink a different alcohol type in the middle of battle with your bonus action, you may choose which of the two active alcoholic powers you want to replace or choose to replace both active powers.

Make the beer-based additional attack require unarmed strikes (Headbutt, knee to the groin, suckerpunch) or improvised weapons (chair, beer bottle, slamming the enemy's face into the bar) and I think it'll work better than a free swing of a greatsword for balance purposes.

Now I need to roll a barbarian...
