Help with shopping for a Warmage going into Sandshaper

I have 9000 gold to spend on a 5th level Warmage going into Sandshaper next level.

I have spent some on mithral chain shirt +1, dastana +1, Amber amulet of Vermin (scorpion variety), and a planar Touchstone (needed for feat to get into PrC). I should probably buy a CHA boosting item and a Healing belt, but are there other items that spring to mind?

I like "Hand of the mage", "Hat of disguise" and similar items for warmages who want to expand their utility and options.

I was looking at the mithralmist shirt, but decided it is too pricey. I'll look at the Mage Hand.
