turn spells into touch spells

hi everyone this is my second thread, so i am sorry.

i was looking at the duskblade spell list and was disappointed at the amount of spells you can arcane channel.

at one point i thought i had read about a metamagic feat or an ability that allowed you to turn your spells into a touch spell.

am i correct in thinking that this exists or just wishful thinking.

if i am correct please state source.

An Enlightened Fist (Complete Arcane) can treat any ray spell as a touch spell. Can be combined with Spellwarp Sniper (Complete Scoundrel), which can treat low-level area spells as ray spells. Doesn't combo super well with Duskblade, though.

I don't know of a metamagic feat that does this.

Also, you can just get spellcasting off a wider list (via, e.g., Ur-priest or Sublime Chord) and channel that class' wider array of touch spells.

One thing to be careful with if going the route of other classes through: The Armored Mage class feature that allows Duskblades to avoid spell failure chance only applies to spells gained through the Duskblade class. There is no such restriction on Arcane Channeling though, so the ability to deliver them through a weapon works fine, assuming you have another method to avoid ASF.

Turns area spells into rays; nothing about touch spells without the Enlightened Fist combo I mentioned above.

Rays require a ranged touch attack, so maybe you misremembered a feat that does that? I can think of 2:
-'ocular spell' (LOM)
-'Reach spell' (CD)

Can't think of any feat to make a spell a touch spell for the purpose of channeling though...

Master Specialist (Abjuration) may cast personal or centered-on-you abjuration spells as touch spells, but practically all those are beneficial

Wandstrike feat do exactly that, but, unfortunately, there is no way to up damage - no Str bonus, PA, SA, Smite, and so on...

Also, Spellsword from 4th level can Channel Spell, and it's not limited by touch spells
