Despite Scorpion Whips being around FOREVER, we FINALLY have a solid ruling on just how they heck they work.
Scorpion Whips (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1g1#v5748eaic9t9r)

the scorpion whip is normally a light performance weapon with no other special weapon features, but that someone with both proficiencies can also use it as a whip, in which case it acts precisely like a whip in all ways (one-handed weapon, attack out to 15 feet, provoke an attack of opportunity, can use the Whip Mastery feats, etc) except that it deals lethal damage and can harm creatures regardless of their armor bonus.
If all you have is (normal) Whip Proficiency, then you are NOT proficient with Scorpion Whips. You need Both feats to 'change modes'.
And also note that when changing modes a Scorpion Whip changes from Light to One-Handed. This means that TWF with 15ft reach 'Scorpion' Whips > you eat the -4/-4 penalties, as neither is a Light weapon.

Multiple Rage effects do not stack (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1gw#v5748eaic9t91) (Barb-Rage, Skald-Rage, Blood-Rage, U-Barb-Rage).
When "Multi-Raging" you have to choose which "Rage" you are using, you do not get to apply all.

Unchained Rogues can apply 1.5 DEX to damage (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1h3) with Two-Handed Finesse Weapons.
Feel free to just go absolutely nuts with the Elven Curve Blade.
(you only get 1/2 DEX to damage with Light weapons however)

There is an 'extended' FAQ on how Light/Darkness (http://paizo.com/paizo/blog/v5748dyo5lhfm?Illuminating-Darkness) type spells interact with each other. If such things are a concern, go have a read.

I find it amusing that the light darkness FAQ is having to reference other FAQs to explain the rules because the wording in the Core Rulebook was apparently never cleared up.

Curve blades getting 1 1/2 damage is neat.

The 1.5x Dex is a nice little perk for an otherwise annoying ability to use; finally able to make a properly effective (Half-)Elven Bladedancer.

Well that's the end of at least debate at my table.

So Skalds can't share their rage powers with currently-raging barbarians, bloodragers, and ubarbarians? That's icky and uncool. Kind of a big nerf in situations when both are in the same party.

"The exception to this rule is the skald’s master skald ability, which explicitly allows the skald’s raging song to stack with other rage effects."

The ruling kind of makes sense since Rage-stacking is basically the Skald's capstone.

Oh, right, it didn't let you double up on rage powers to begin with. derp. I really need to get better at checking my facts. Thanks for catching my error.

The benefit of Skalds and Barbarians (old, mind you) in the same party was that those with rage can use their own ability score modifiers; like, you get the Skald's rage powers, but the Barbarian's +4/+4 or better. Also with bloodragers, though they still can't cast spells.

I like the clarification on the scorpion whip. Never liked the weapon (because I don't like the replacement to Whip Mastery), but now just taking Whip Mastery is arguably better than taking another exotic weapon proficiency.

That just seems wrong on so many levels. How is it more effective to finesse a giant ****ing scimitar than a dagger?

Someone confused light and off-hand weapons. The FAQ says off-hand weapons get 1/2 dex (just as they get 1/2 str). It doesn't mention it being penalized for light weapons, so they get full dex bonus when wielded in your main hand.
