Despite Scorpion Whips being around FOREVER, we FINALLY have a solid ruling on just how they heck they work.
Scorpion Whips (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1g1#v5748eaic9t9r)
the scorpion whip is normally a light performance weapon with no other special weapon features, but that someone with both proficiencies can also use it as a whip, in which case it acts precisely like a whip in all ways (one-handed weapon, attack out to 15 feet, provoke an attack of opportunity, can use the Whip Mastery feats, etc) except that it deals lethal damage and can harm creatures regardless of their armor bonus.
If all you have is (normal) Whip Proficiency, then you are NOT proficient with Scorpion Whips. You need Both feats to 'change modes'.
And also note that when changing modes a Scorpion Whip changes from Light to One-Handed. This means that TWF with 15ft reach 'Scorpion' Whips > you eat the -4/-4 penalties, as neither is a Light weapon.
Multiple Rage effects do not stack (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1gw#v5748eaic9t91) (Barb-Rage, Skald-Rage, Blood-Rage, U-Barb-Rage).
When "Multi-Raging" you have to choose which "Rage" you are using, you do not get to apply all.
Unchained Rogues can apply 1.5 DEX to damage (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1h3) with Two-Handed Finesse Weapons.
Feel free to just go absolutely nuts with the Elven Curve Blade.
(you only get 1/2 DEX to damage with Light weapons however)
There is an 'extended' FAQ on how Light/Darkness (http://paizo.com/paizo/blog/v5748dyo5lhfm?Illuminating-Darkness) type spells interact with each other. If such things are a concern, go have a read.
