Would it be reasonable to include the undead anatomy line of spells among the spells wildshape could refer to, atleast in the case of blight druids? If so, where/how would one fit it in? Would it be something that would require a feat tax or just swap out something else, just tack it on to wild shape at certain levels?

Well, there is currently the feat Shade of the Uskwood (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/FeatDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Shade%20of%20the%20Uskwo od) which "Necromantisizes" your spell list (under Shade of the Woodlands (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/shade-of-the-uskwood) on the SRD).

So a making a feat to give access to Undead forms should be fine. Just space them out at similar levels to how the current Wildshape spell-equivalents are and call it good (well...call it EVIL, because Undead are EVIL).

P.S. Don't forget the EVIL!
