Assuming you really have no idea what it's referring to, a booty talisman would be used to make a booty call, which is slang for calling a member of the opposite sex solely for sex.

No, but we might be close to the end of the stories that will be in the next compilation book; Roy got the talisman in the first group of strips after the end of what became No Cure for the Paladin Blues. So it might still apply.

And as said, a "booty call" is a (usually) late-night phone call to someone you are dating or sleeping with for the express purpose of them coming over to your house, having sex with you, and then going home. As in, no date, no dinner, no movie, just come over and get freaky. Since the talisman summons Celia, it could theoretically be used to summon her for some lovin', but Celia made it clear to Roy that it was not to be used in that fashion by saying, "It is NOT a Booty Talisman."
