Is it wrong that 20 years later, I still love watching Bill Nye explain science to me?

Nothing wrong, Science guy is awesome.

Just found out recently the key to his success. There was to be no drama on set, they would spend no time looking for a lab coat someone moved, there would be no jokes about going to the store to get more gloves, the only drama on the show was to be the dramatic reactions of the science itself.

Au Contraire! To not love him explaining science to you would be wrong.

You could be 80 and it would still be acceptable to watch Bill Nye.

Good I feel better then to report that much science has been watched. Now I can only hope to be ten again to annoy everyone with much more I knew about even those topics back then...

Dude, he's a charter member of the PBS Avengers (http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=baQBTWd49j4). Of course you are allowed to still enjoy watching him!

The way I figure it, if you have fun watching it, then it's a positive. If it's something as awesome as Bill Nye, so much the better!

One of the surest measures of talent is to remain enjoyable over time and through generations.

If watching Bill Nye is wrong, I don't wanna be right.

Not at all - I love that he's still out there in the public doing his thing. It had been a long time since I had even heard his name until I downloaded a StarTalk Radio podcast a few months back, he was great on it. On that note, who used to watch Mr. Wizard back in the day?

My sister's 8th grade science classes were almost entirely taught by watching Bill Nye - so yeah, it's fine. Our old grade school really needs a science teacher, though.

Total yes! Mr. Wizard was awesome back in the day!

Love me some of that Bill Nye though. Great that they just put it on the Netflix.
