Swashbuckler Precise Strike

One of my players is playing a Swashbuckler from the advanced classes and I was looking at the precise strike deed for him. He is at level 10 which means he gets 2 attacks in a full attack action. Would this bonus damage apply to both attacks if they hit or just one? The deed only says you cannot attack with a weapon in your other hand, not that you can't make multiple attacks with it.

yep add it to both attacks

Just like sneak attack or favored enemy, as long as each attack you want to apply it to meets the requirements, they all get the bonus damage.
